Dear Sir:

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how pleased my family and I were about the service we received from Seven Blue Seas and in particular Albert. In late August I began correspondence with Albert trying to find a cruise to take my family and friends on for my father's 50th birthday. From the beginning Albert displayed professionalism and patience with my many questions and requests in looking for the perfect cruise that would suit our timeline and most importantly, our budget.
Albert was able to find us a cruise within our budget and through about 30 phone calls was able to successfully book 18 total people on the Carnival Spirit leaving San Diego on October 19th. Albert was always helpful and very informative during the month or so that I dealt with him on the phone. Whether we were changing people out of one room and adding them to another or looking for another room for two people who decided very late to come on our vacation with us; Albert was there and very responsive. His can-do attitude was always apparent and he continued to let me know that things would work out for the best (even when I had my own doubts).
As the cruise neared Albert called me and kept me up to date with what was going on with the cruise booking, which allowed me not to have to worry too much about things. Being upgraded was the next surprise Albert had in store for my family which was fantastic and it made our cruise much more relaxing and a lot less cramped! In addition, Albert took care of us on the ship as we received champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. Our cruise would not have been as fun as it was if it had not been for the hard work Albert did on our behalf. His special touches and good natured personality made my experience with Seven Blue Seas the best I've ever experienced!
I hope that in the future Albert is rewarded for his hard work and dedication in making your clients' cruise bookings easy, hassle-free and most of all enjoyable---he certainly made my family's that and much, much more. Due to Albert's dedication and care I will definitely be using Seven Blue Seas in the future for my cruise bookings and recommending it to other people in search of a full service cruise agency like yours.
