| Staterooms aboard Freedom of the Seas, on average, are among the most spacious of any ship in its class, and certainly the largest within Royal Caribbean’s fleet. There’s also an exceptionally wide variety of interconnecting accommodations, family staterooms and suites. Freedom of the Seas is an excellent choice for families.

| All larger ships within the Royal Caribbean fleet offer Promenade Staterooms. These accommodations feature bow windows with comfortable window seating. The view is of the ship’s giant interior Royal Promenade; sound-softening windows reduce noise levels.

| Freedom of the Seas’ capacity is upped substantially over the slightly smaller, “Voyager-class” ships. On Decks 2 and 3 alone, over 80 staterooms have been added. But most added staterooms are interior, slightly decreasing the total percentages of balcony and outside staterooms available.

| This ship is very long – over 1100 feet, yet features just two main elevator lobbies. Passengers who have trouble walking long distances should choose a stateroom near one of those lobbies. Staterooms and suites towards the aft require the greatest distances to elevator access.
