"Refurbishing" a ship is one thing - new carpets, new furniture,
maybe a new bar or expanded Internet Center. But what Royal Caribbean has
done goes far beyond a freshened décor or a few flat screen monitors.
They've actually stretched the ship - adding 73 feet in length, 151 more
staterooms and a long list of added facilities to this still-young, feature-filled
ship!
Look what's ALL-NEW aboard the Enchantment of the Seas!
- New "Bungee Jumping Trampolines!" Four, top-of-the-ship
trampolines allow tethered jumpers an unforgettable thrill!
- New "Splash Deck" for the kids! Kid-friendly, interactive
water jets make getting wet more fun than ever! At night, micro-fiber
optics take over and you've got a light show!
- New "Boleros" - Royal Caribbean's new signature fun
spot! It's the ship's Latin-themed hot spot for dancing, cocktails and
people-watching!
- New "Seattle's Best Coffee® bar and Ben &
Jerry's® Ice Cream bar! Indulge yourself! And they're both teamed
up with an Internet Bar so you can surf the web or e-mail jealous friends
back home!
- New Pool! The "stretch" provided enough room for
another pool and a cantilevered pool deck that features "floor
windows" to the sea below!
Plus, the "stretch" added 151 more staterooms and allowed for
an expanded main dining room, expanded casino, a larger shopping area, a
longer jogging track, an expanded fitness center and day spa and an enlarged
art gallery! |

- All ages but particularly popular with families, couples, and
singles. The ship's youth facilities are top-notch.
- Passengers looking for a competitively-priced, slightly upscale cruise
environment
- Active, "Get Out There" passengers!
|
- Passengers seeking absolute peace and quiet. The ship generally attracts
active passengers and their families.
- Passengers who insist on ultra-flexible dining. The Enchantment offers
the traditional style of dining with assigned dining times and tables.
Although the Windjammer Café offers a casual, restaurant-style
dining at night and Chops Grille offers an appealing alternative restaurant,
dining venues are somewhat limited.
