People sing praise about the Carmen Dining Room. In tune with the elegant décor that defines the Empress of the Seas, the Carmen Dining Room is lovely to look at. This room rises above dining rooms of old with a second level and three walls of windows that warm breakfast and lunch, and color evening meals with the sunset. Twin stairs connect the two floors and lead to the room’s centerpiece and main music source, a white grand piano.
