| DIAMOND | PRINCESS | | PRINCESS - DIAMOND PRINCESS: 16-Night "Southeast Asia & China " Bangkok to Beijing |
  | |
 |
Untitled Document
Though one of the newest ships in Princess' growing fleet, Diamond Princess
doesn't travel far from the line's evolutionary - rather than revolutionary
- approach to ship design. But as the fourth edition of the line's "Grand-class"
series, the Diamond presents a further refinement of the line's "Big
ship choice - small ship feel" tagline.
- Dining Choices! Five "main" dining rooms - four with
distinctive, regional cuisines. Menu flexibility permits a wide choice
of cuisines whether you choose traditional (assigned table and dining
times) or "anytime" dining. Plus, an upscale, reservations-only
Italian restaurant as well as the 24-hour bistro-style restaurant.
- Balconies! Almost 60% of the Diamond's staterooms (750 of them!)
feature roomy, private balconies.
- Internet Café! One of the largest Internet cafés
at sea - and quite possibly the most comfortable and most trend-setting,
too!
- Innovative, high-tech lounges! Club Fusion "fuses"
a cabaret, a nightclub, a bar and gambling into one exciting venue.
Atop the ship is Skywalker's disco/lounge featuring an innovative, 125-foot
wide outdoor balcony!
- Teens and Children's Facilities! The kids and teens have almost
10,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor play and activity areas separated
into four, age-specific facilities.
- Pools! Passengers have 5 pools to choose from including an
all-weather pool surrounded by a restful Conservatory and a splash pool
just for kids!
- Golf! There's a nine-hole putting course plus two computerized
golf simulators that allow passengers to "virtually play"
the world's finest courses.
