The Majesty of the Seas, sister ship to the Sovereign of the Seas,
was the second mega-liner to sail the seas. With a multi-level atrium, glass
elevators, two-tiered show lounge, and all sorts of onboard activities,
this ship earns the term "floating resort."
Don't miss the ship. Miami has a way of pulling in visitors and
entertaining them like no other city on earth. Blame it on the sun, the
surf, the salsa, or the swimsuits - this city makes even a short vacation
better.
Your first port of call comes up right away - Nassau. Just across
the bridge is Paradise… Paradise Island, that is. The Atlantis Resort
offers cruise passengers a peek at their massive facilities, and there's
plenty to see and do in town, too, from forts to explore to markets to
shop in.
Or, have a friendly encounter with a dolphin - the expense is worth it!
Your ship isn't leaving until midnight so there's plenty of time to enjoy
the nightlife, too.
Cococay (pronounced "Ko Ko Key") is your place in the
sun. It's Royal Caribbean's private isle and everything within eyesight
is there for you. Waverunners, volleyball, snorkeling, beach barbeque,
and hammocks under the swaying palms - they're all yours to enjoy before
heading on to your next port of call at Key West. Sloppy Joe's,
Ernest Hemingway's favorite haunt might lure you in and Jimmy Buffet's
restaurant is a solid backup choice. Of course, you can dive, snorkel,
and visit interesting museums, too before heading back onboard for your
overnight cruise back to Miami.
